Meet Donna

Donna joined Friendly City Real Estate Services in July 2024 as Director of Property Management.  She is a long time resident of the Shenandoah Valley and joins us with more than a decade of professional experience in the Residential Property Management industry and also holds her Associate Broker's License.  Her focus is delivering strong financial results to her clients by implementing cost saving strategies including process streamlining, resource management, as well as excellent customer service. She has provided management services to a variety of different clients’ portfolios ranging from single family homes to multi-family apartment complexes.

She is known for being a change agent, a problem solver, an effective communicator, a relationship builder, and a thought leader. Donna continues to diligently stay abreast of current market trends so she can quickly assess whether an investment makes financial sense for her clients. Her excellent negotiation skills and effective communication methods are the benchmark of her success. She is organized, patient, and is her client’s strongest advocate. Her top priority is to provide an incomparable level of service for her clients both past, present, and future. She strives to keep all her properties fully rented and works hard to keep the expenses in those units at a minimum, all to maximize the return on investment for her clients!

When not working Donna enjoys being creative in her pottery studio, fishing, harness races and traveling out west with her family!
