Meet Sean

Meet Sean, the founder of Friendly City Real Estate Services. With a passion for putting relationships first, Sean has extensive experience in both residential and commercial estate sales and property management.  In his previous role as Chief Operations Officer, Sean was responsible for developing strategy and using data to optimize complex operations across multiple divisions including residential and commercial real estate, property management, and hospitality.  Sean has a keen eye for detail and as a team player thrives on connections. Sean is looking forward to understanding how the Friendly City team can serve your unique real estate needs!   Sean received his Real Estate License in 2014 and his Brokers License in 2023. 

Sean has resided in the Valley since 2014 with his wife and two children.  The Hesse family wouldn't be complete without their 3 dogs and 3 cats!  Sean is an active member of the Harrisonburg community, coaching and serving as a board member for the Harrisonburg Little League, serving as treasurer and board member of the Harrisonburg Education Foundation, and active member of the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association.  In his spare time, Sean enjoys, spending time with his family, coaching his kids baseball and softball teams, trail running and lifting some heavy weights.
